Be Here Now

Thanks Sara, I needed this! It's hard to focus on being present when filled with so much grief over losing my brother. I've been keeping myself really busy so I have a hard time stopping to think and to feel. The music reminds me of when I used to go to Martha's Vineyard every summer with a previous boyfriend. It has the feel of this music. We spent time driving down roads with trees on either side like the video. We used to rent a house with friends. We went to the beach every day. To get there you had to cross a pond in a canoe or boat. There would be families of swans drifting by. Wild roses bloomed everywhere. We would go to the beach in the morning and leave when it was time for dinner. Timelessness. Be Here Now!
