Memories
I've spent the day putting together a photo album of my brother's life for my niece. It's been such a mixture of feelings. I remember being present for a number of the photos. I can look at my brother's eyes and read his feelings. I get him even though he's not here, and even if I wasn't there when the photo was taken. It's an amazing experience to know someone so well. The connectedness we have to one another can't always be explained. But it can be felt, it's a permanent memory. The memories are so strong in our unconscious mind. Even though that person is no longer here, we can feel the connection. I can look into the eyes of each of my brothers and know them then and now.

That connection is amazing. My late husband and I were like that.
Actually we are all that connected, we just aren't aware of it.
Our awareness expands one person at a time. I think that is one of the lessons Jay was here to teach me. Perhaps that was one of Randy's lessons to you.
